The clothing, though it can be expensive is really nice and 9 times out of 10 is really good quality and material. However from my own personal experience, I find the customer service quite abysmal. It’s rare to get a response from the customer service email, I emailed twice in August asking about a product in the photos that I couldn’t find on their site and I never even heard back. I understand it’s not the top of their priority list and they probably have more urgent matters to respond to but to completely ignore it?There also seems to be a lack of response from them even when there is an issue. I recently returned a faulty item that had a slight yellow tinge to the ‘snow marl’ and didn’t match the bottoms, so I was asking for it to be exchanged for another one, and even emailed ahead to let them know this was my request- I filled in the returns slip stating this too. Yet they’ve processed me a refund for the item, meaning if I want it again I will have to purchase it again, I no longer have the discount code I used previously so it’s 20% dearer and I would also have to pay postage all over again again for it. I am aware they don’t offer free returns and when I returned it cost me £9 in postage and they refunded £4.50 of it which it does state in their returns, I wouldn’t of minded this had I actually got the item sent back to me, so it just seems I’ve completely lost out in my opinion. I have emailed them asking why this has happened and no response - again. Really disappointing.UPDATED*** And to prove my point - still no response from the email left below after I emailed the very same day it was left for me! Customer service is shocking.

Absolutely dreadful. DO NOT USE. Hundreds of similar stories on trustpilot reviews , orders not received and no reply to emails from customer services. Lots of people out of pocket this Xmas
My refund has been sitting in my PayPal account for over 7 days as when it was refunded it was by E.cheque (so PayPal tells me) I don't understand, I paid immediately so why don't Gym King do the same, plus add on the time it took for them to process the return after I sent it by 1st class recorded delivery, not a good experience with gym king ????
Their women’s clothing ranges are amazing!! I own a gym and live in my gym kit-so I have to look good AND feel good. I do with everything I’ve bought from this site. Each time I buy something I get 20% off as I share with my friends their details! It’s great :-)
We loved the t shirt it looked exactly like the picture the material was soft and would definitely order from here again
I brought 3 items and was told after about 8 days that one of my products was not available. Should of been told sooner.
Customer service is an absolute disgrace. Still waiting on a reply to an e mail which told me to collect my items or they will be destroyed!!
Find it absolutely disgusting that you have to pay for delivery then if you need to return things you pay for that too. I had to pay £8.95 to return some bits. The only company I’ve used where you have to pay for both... and I’ve used a lot! I also found the sizes so irregular. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
Service is alright. I wanted to seek size advice but had to send 2 emails to get one reply. Had a conversation with one lady she was nice. Didn’t reply to my last email tho.
I've ordered for Valentines day for my husband a T shirt and shorts...but recived 2 x shorts ,verry disappointed as we opened the parcel on the 14 th of February...my order clearly says t-shirt and once shorts
Ordered for 1-2 days delivery. Week and a half later I was told my parcel was now missing. The whole time I was waiting I had no updates I had to chase gym king myself. Worst thing about it is when I finally got my order after it had to be re sent, the tracksuit was faulty after 1 wear! Very disappointed.
